BDC - Professional

If you have a desire to build a career in Automotive Sales or Service, then Mark Miller Toyota, a leader in the Automotive Industry, has the perfect position for you in their Business Development Center. Here a qualified candidate will have the opportunity to build a growing career while learning to master skills in handling sales and service related tasks. Anyone aspiring to develop into a knowledgeable Assistant Service Manager or Sales Professional should definitely apply. 

The Business Development Center is rapidly growing and is the support force of the dealership. The new BDC professional will assist the sales and service departments with inbound and outbound phone calls, help with new car deliveries and accessories, answer service related questions, help plan and implement strategies for overall growth of the dealership and customer retention, and help uphold the Mark Miller standard for outstanding customer service and satisfaction.

Suitable applicants must be able to adapt quickly, work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude, and be able to accomplish tasks successfully with little or no supervision. Exceptional organization and competent computer skills are a must. Drive and enthusiasm to succeed accompanied with an outgoing and upbeat personality is favorable. Qualified candidates will exhibit excellence in communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with an innate ability to correspond professionally over the phone. Basic knowledge of the Automotive Service Industry with some sales experience is a plus, but is not required.

Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

·         Work evenings and Saturdays

·         Sell accessories and new car presentations

·         Handle projects for the Sales and Service Department

·         Develop business and growth for the dealership

·         Answer incoming calls

·         Make follow up calls

·         Handle customer concerns

·         Manage data entry and reporting
